These are all the schools we have opened in Chiclayo
(Not all are still open, some have moved to
larger premises or into shared state schools).

2005-2006-2007-2008
For the past year we have operated our projects
using more permanent staff and relying less on international volunteers.
Here staff and volunteers from Trujillo regularly join the permanent
staff in Chiclayo.
We still welcome foreign volunteers, and normally
have more than 30 international volunteers disbursed between our
various projects, it is just that we now maintain a higher ratio
of permanent staff than we did in our early years.
Chiclayo is a good example of how a successful
city programme can be maintained at a high level of effectiveness
for the children by relying more on national staff more than international
volunteers.
